About Me

My name is Jedi and no I am not a Star Wars freak although I do like the movies! I have had the pleasure of calling Grass Valley home since I was three years old. With a lifelong involvement in athletics, particularly football, I am pleased to announce my recent certification as a NASM Personal Trainer.

I am eager to assist individuals in commencing their fitness journeys. I understand that breaking through the initial workout barrier can be challenging, but with my expertise and guidance, we can make the process seamless and enjoyable. Together, we will work towards achieving your fitness goals efficiently and effectively.
